In a strong show of community spirit and commitment to education, SM malls in Batangas actively participated in the 2025 Brigada Eskwela of Department of Education. Employee volunteers from SM City Batangas, SM City Lipa, SM Center Lemery, and SM City Sto. Tomas joined forces to prepare local schools for the upcoming opening of classes through cleaning, repainting, and repair activities.

At Mahacot Elementary School in Batangas City, SM City Batangas volunteers worked diligently to clean classrooms and repaint walls and railings, helping create a safer and more welcoming environment for students.

Similarly, SM City Lipa employees contributed their time and effort at Abundio Torre Memorial Elementary School in Lipa City by revitalizing classrooms through thorough cleaning and repainting.

The spirit of bayanihan was further exemplified by SM City Sto. Tomas volunteers at San Jose National High School, where they not only cleaned and repainted but also did some minor repair works, ensuring the school facilities are ready for students.

Meanwhile, SM Center Lemery employees extended their support to Mahayahay Elementary School, engaging also in cleaning and repainting classrooms and its surrounding area.
