Aboitiz InfraCapital Economic Estates and Batangas State University have formalized a landmark partnership to establish a new campus within LIMA Estate—the Philippines’ largest privately-owned industrial estate spanning 1,000 hectares and hosting 185 locators with 75,000 employees.

Set to open in 2026, the campus will provide industry-based learning that bridges academic theory with real-world experience, equipping students with technical skills and workplace readiness aligned with the needs of local and global industries. This initiative underscores LIMA Estate’s role as a hub for industry, innovation, and workforce development while expanding access to quality education in Batangas.
