Part of the COMPUTEX 2024 announcements of Acer include its 2024 line of TravelMate laptops that have the latest AI features.
Leaking the pack is the TravelMate P6 14, which is Acer’s top-end business laptop. It comes with a Core Ultra 7 processor, and can be configured with up to 32GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB PCIe SSD. Its display is a 14-inch 5.2k OLED panel with optional touchscreen functionality, and connectivity options include WiFi 7 and Bluetooth 5.3.
The TravelMate P4 series consist of three models: the P4 Spin 14, P4 14, and P4 16. The P4 Spin 14 comes with a Core Ultra 7 165U processor and a 14-inch 2.3k OLED display with optional touchscreen functionality and optional 4K LTE connectivity for on-the-go users.
The P4 16 gives you options for up to 64GB dual-channel DDR5 RAM, up to 1TB SSD storage, and a broad port selection. The smaller P4 14, on the other hand, uses AMD’s Ryzen PRO 8040 series processors that have Ryzen AI built in, along with up to 64GB DDR5 RAM and up to 1TB SSD storage.
All models under the TravelMate P4 series come with military-grade durability and Acer Dust Defender that claims to help minimize dust buildup.
